Introducing Shafan, our culinary maestro! Hailing from Sri Lanka, his culinary expertise knows no borders. With roots in his own restaurant back home, Shafan pursued greater opportunities in the UK. His impressive resume includes a tenure in Dubai, where he specialised in both continental and Asian cuisine. We are thrilled to have him here, bringing his exceptional skills to craft our Indian-Sri Lankan fusion dishes alongside our classic British pub fare.
